Thank you so much for your interest in the Recruitment Counselor position! We are excited to learn more about you and your interest in serving as a Recruitment Counselor (RC). As an RC, you will be paired with another RC to guide 6–10 Potential New Members (PNMs) each through a partially structured recruitment process. RCs will remain associated with their chapters; however, there will be specific restrictions on chapter involvement prior to fall recruitment. This application is due March 18th at 11:59 PM and individual interviews will be held during the week of March 23rd. Please note that this role involves a significant time commitment, especially during recruitment season, but it is also an incredibly rewarding opportunity to support and guide PNMs throughout their recruitment experience.
