It’s simply the best home stay I have experienced. Its raw nature blended with sustainable living. There are no ACs in the room - no swimming pool. Not suitable for party people with luxury expectations.
It’s for people with taste for simplicity, serenity & tranquility who wants to relax and slow their pace of life.
Only Jio network connectivity. Mahesh & Krishna are the caretakers who do an amazing job- best in class service.

The villa is decorated in a very unique way- the building blending with the natural landscape, elegantly designed furniture, subtle hues of colours, lots of windows which allow the sea breeze to flow through - and of course the view of the calm sea and the sound of waves you experience even while lying on your bed. What more you want. The icing on the cake is the food and the warmth & the service you get from the staff here Mahesh and Krishna. A stay that is an absolute bliss.

Any description would fall short of what this place was! I feel so blessed to have found this hidden gem.

If you are looking for an offbeat location with little or no people around, then this is the place.
Built in a very intelligent way, it doesn't require any air conditioners - it's Hawa Mahal in it's own!
The food was another aspect, and it was made even more delicious by the way it was served. The chef and the other care takers of this property are really sweet! They make you feel at home and make you eat also like home. They made local food and the best part of the drink was 'Soul Curry' - a must try! We didn't feel like eating anywhere else in those 3 days.

Coming to the view - what more could we ask for - a view from the cliff and the whole sea was visible! It was totally breathtaking.

They served us local drinks and peanuts with a sweet note on the the 3 days.

The place is built very exquisitely with intricate details. The entire wooden villa gives such a beautiful feel rarely experienced in the southern part of Konkan. The best part is that when you walk from the gate towards the villa, the road turns and unveils the beautiful view of the Arabian Sea.
We met the owner who spoke very  passionately about the place and the work they have put in to build this.
The service is extraordinary and very tailored to the place. The staff is very helpful and kind giving a perfect overall experience. The staff, Dattaram, Krishna and Mahesh worked effortlessly and made the most delicious food.
Would very suggest to visiting this place for a leisurely and relaxing holiday.
