Adventures Into Preservation | Old Byrd Farm
Adventures Into Preservation | Old Byrd Farm
This channel began with one question: Could I save my grandmother’s 140-year-old abandoned farmhouse? That question led to Old Byrd Farm, and eventually to a broader mission—one that now includes hands-on preservation work across the South. Today, this channel is called Adventures Into Preservation. It documents real preservation in action: from restoring headstones and cleaning historic cemeteries to reviving abandoned homes and fighting to protect what remains of our forgotten past. I’m also the host of Adventures Into History, which brought documenting forgotten history to light across west central Georgia. Now, we’re taking it a step further—and trying to save what we can. It all started with one house... and it became a movement. If you'd like to support my preservation efforts, you can leave a tip here: https://www.paypal.me/rwrightphotography
