Al Dente is a fantastic self-cooking teaching place that makes learning to cook both fun and approachable. The sessions are well structured, the ingredients are high quality, and the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. You leave not only having enjoyed great food, but with new skills and confidence in the kitchen. A really enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Very very nice. Our after work was great, thanks to Christian and his colleagues. The atmosphere was right, the ingredients authentic, and although we cooked it, it tasted wonderful. Among the best food i have tasted in Sweden. (Be aware the entrance is not on Engelbrektsgatan, but around the corner in the crossing)

En fantastisk bubbelprovning i en underbar miljö! Christian guidade oss genom bubblornas värld på ett enkelt och underhållande sätt. Mycket kunnig och härlig person som med ett leende berättade om allt från tillverkningsprocessen till att ge tips på platser att besöka i Italien. Rekommenderar verkligen detta till alla! Nästa gång ska jag ta med mig familjen och lära mig laga pasta i detta mysiga lilla kök som för tankarna och känslorna till Italien.

Wow! Vilken härlig atmosfär, kändes som att stå och laga mat med vänner! Kvällen var fylld med skratt och leenden, kanske var det också det fina italienska rödvinet som gjorde sitt ;) Gick kursen "Dukat för fest" där vi lagade 6 olika måltider från grunden och avslutade med en härlig chokladgelato. Ett stort tack till Sal, vår lärare och vän under kvällen, som på ett lättsamt sätt höll stämningen igång :) Rekommenderas varmt!

We attented their first winetasting in gothenburg earlier today. We got to try 5 different wines paired with different kinds of cheeses, bread and different condiments. I have been to two other wine-tastings in other cities and this was by far the most professional and down to earth one. The hostess was great at creating an relaxed atmosphere and the tasting process as well as the history about the different wines. We were about 10 people that sat around a big table, this was different compared to the other tastings i've been to as this opened up for conversations between all of us. It was a bit confusing to find the right door and were to enter the building. I assume they will add some improved signs as they get more settled in. All and all a great experience. I highly recommend you to pay Al dente a visit!
