GLUTE PROGRAM
In this program, you will receive 12 weeks of programming designed to help you build muscle and strength! The focus of this program for optimal growth in the legs and glutes, however there will be 2 upper body days per week and additional core exercises! This program will contain 5 workouts per week - 3 lower body, 2 upper body! One of the lower body days will be optional to ensure that this program is flexible with your schedule! Every 4 weeks there will be progressions! Do your best to put effort into each and every workout!
