Amy was an absolutely wonderful realtor . Always communicating and making sure she fought for my interests. She was on top of everything!!! I’ve sold numerous houses and no other realtor even came close to how well she did. I highly recommend her!!!!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Amy, helped my daughter and I as first time buyers to purchase the home of our dreams. However, the purchase presented challenges with interest rates along with building discrepancies. These things would have been major without Mrs. Butler. Instead, the journey continued to be smooth while she worked silently using resources and kindness to ensure that we had a profitable outcome. Her perseverance, kindness, and love for her clients is second to none. In addition she is a woman of God and integrity, she worked on behalf of my family with transparency. She is fair and consistent and demonstrated equity throughout the process. She is culturally aware and ethical. She poured into our family before, during, and after the process. She is still checking in our family and I highly recommend her to specifically first time buyers, educators, and veterans. As a Veteran, first time buyer, and educator, I found that Mrs. Butler was knowledgeable in every area. If you are looking to buy or sell a home Amy Butler is the only choice.

House hunting can be, at times, a grueling process; but Amy made it fun! I looked forward to our weekend outings to look at multiple houses that took up most of a Saturday. When she wasn’t making me laugh, she was filling me in about the little details of every house as well as her knowledge of the current market. Amy is a person that does her homework and makes things as easy on her clients as she can. She is truly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and I highly recommend her to everyone I know that’s in the market. I will definitely use her again next time I’m buying and/or selling real estate. You should too!!!
