Our community check-in circle + healing meditation is held once a month on Wednesday evenings at 6pm EST on Zoom.It’s free to join, and all women are welcome.Once you sign up, you will receive a reminder email with the Zoom link on the morning of circle.Together, we connect, breathe, chant, journal, and move energy - creating a space where we remember we are not alone.When we remember we don’t have to do it all on our own, we can soften, drop the armor, and return to our true selves. Community is medicine.With so much division and noise in the world, community is needed now more than ever.Through my own journey, I’ve seen how powerful vulnerability and connection can be. When women come together in circle and hold space for one another, it creates real support.
