I use these alongside breathwork, slow routines, and intentional pauses throughout the day. Some offer physical comfort, others help create calming rituals, and a few simply make anxious moments feel a little more manageable. Everyone experiences anxiety differently, so I donât use all of these every day. I choose what feels right in the moment â sometimes itâs weight and pressure, sometimes scent or light, sometimes just having something familiar nearby. This list is about support, not solutions.
