Our new Spice Circuit gin is proudly handmade with South Indian spices - perfect in cocktails or as a G&T with a twist! Brighton Gin is delighted to announce an exciting new chapter in our gin journey with the creation of a new South Indian spice-inspired style. The spices are all sourced from a single small batch farm in Kerala that Kanthi has been working with for years now, and they include mace and black pepper. When chef Kanthi Thamma approached Brighton Gin to collaborate on a spice infused drink which would complement his award-winning dishes, it presented an opportunity to experiment with an exciting range of new botanicals and flavours. As Kanthi explains, "I am a big fan of gin and even bigger fan of Brighton Gin. Sustainable, local, small batch, top quality, legends... What's not to like about it?” Spice Circuit Gin combines the roundness of mace, the zing of black pepper and just a hint of cardamom, as well as juniper and coriander. We hope you’re going to love it as much as we do! Brighton Gin founder Kathy Caton said, “When Kanthi approached us with his idea for a spiced gin, we got to experimenting straight away. "It's been incredible to work with a whole new flavour palette and there were some technical challenges to perfect the balance, but when it had Kanthi's seal of approval, we knew we'd nailed it." And of course, in true Brighton Gin style, it’s hand-made locally, small batch and distinctively unique, and we think it’s going to appeal both to seasoned gin lovers and people wanting to try something new to pair with Kanthi’s delicious cuisine. It’s perfect for cocktails, as a spicy G&T or even served neat with some ginger and curry leaf if you’re feeling adventurous. And at 46% ABV it certainly packs a flavourful punch! It's available in 700ml, 350ml or 50ml bottles, either individually or as part of gift sets with a glass. It's also 100% vegan (including the wax top and label gum!) and it's gluten free.

Meet the makers behind small-batch, super-premium handmade Brighton Gin on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our distillery. Discover the rich history of craft gin, how Brighton Gin started on a kitchen table by the seaside, and how we use carefully selected botanicals and use traditional distilling techniques to create Brighton's favourite tipple. Our distillery tour includes a welcome Brighton G&T on arrival, and a hands-on experience of part of the production process. Wax-seal your own mini bottle to take home followed by the opportunity to shop our range of gin and merchandise, including highball glasses, gift box sets, and more. You'll also have a tasting session of all styles of Brighton Gin, Brighton Vodka and our cocktails in a can, so please use public transport when you come along! Tours will begin promptly at the specified time. We only accept card payments for purchases made in our shop. The voucher can then be redeemed online whenever suits. Accessibility Our Distillery Tours take place on the ground floor in our distillery which is fully accessible. Regrettably there is no entirely level access to toilets on site - there are toilet facilities on the ground floor which may suit people with limited mobility but not wheelchair users. Please note that we require a minimum number of 10 attendees to run a distillery tour and if we are unable to reach this number, the tour will not go ahead. In this instance, we will contact you to offer you an alternative date. Here at Brighton Gin we run the tours ourselves! The same small team who work in the distillery all week also run the tours on Saturdays, which is just one of the things which make our tours so special! Due to this we can only do distillery tours on a small scale which means that any no-shows or last minute cancellations present a real issue for us. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds of tours, but we will try and re-schedule with 5 days' notice if you are not able to attend the date booked. As such, any absences or cancellations less than 7 days before the tour date will incur the full charge and not be rebookable. You may transfer your tour booking to another person or buy a tour as a gift, but we will need notification of that person’s name at least 24 hours before the tour. Brighton Gin Distillery Tour and tasting experience

Welcome to our 43% ABV Orange Grove Brighton Gin. We make it with sliced oranges, dehydrated to caramelise the sugars and then redistilled to create a beautiful orangey flavour with a hint of marmalade. This is a unique London Dry style gin with a long finish and a slightly higher ABV of 43% to catch all those citrus-y flavours. YUM! Perfect in a Negroni or as a twist on a G&T. You can buy them as a 700ml, 350ml or 50ml mini bottle, all entirely handmade of course, as individual bottles or in a gift box with a highball glass.

Each bottle contains 50ml (that's a double shot by the way!) of 40% ABV Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength, 57% ABV Seaside Strength, 46% Spice Circuit Gin, 43% Orange Grove and 40% Brighton Vodka. They come boxed and are perfect for giving, sharing or just as a treat for you. We've also got mini hanging decorations! In response to the Coronavirus crisis, Brighton Gin partnered with the Lewes and Isle of Harris-based premium skincare producer, AS Apothecary. Amanda Saurin heads the team of experienced skincare specialists who, with a bit of help from Brighton Gin, created a skin-safe, vegan hand sanitiser. One of the bonuses of being a distillery is having alcohol in-house, and as the situation called for it, we turned our hand (and our supply of booze) towards supplying folks with hand sanitiser. It’s made from a 75% ABV essence of Brighton Gin, using our gorgeous organic ethanol base and all six of our carefully selected botanicals, as well as mint and rosemary essential oil.
