I am a health coach having graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2017. I am a graduate of the University of California Berkeley. My mission is to educate people about the toxins in their world and to convince them that they control so much of their own health. I got autoimmune disease 6 years ago, my doctor didn't recognition it for what it was, so I started my own research, culminating in my writing a book and making a decision to not retire, but to share all of my information. No one needs to live a life of pain and pills. Toxins are poisoning us, our children and our earth. We need to all join together and vote with our dollars to only buy healthy products if we we want change.
