whether its you and your best friend, or a group of up to 6, you will get personalized care and attention, in a fun energetic group setting.

this is a great option If you and your bestie want to train together! Ideally you both will be in similar seasons of the motherhood journey, but I can work with anything! 

Same details apply as in the pre and post natal sections above - the 30-60min consult - as well as session layout. But again, it can be personalized to you both!

Small Group sessions 

For mothers at any point in their postpartum journey!

Postpartum is forever. Our goal is not to get your "pre-baby body" back… and that's good! We will change, adapt, and grow with what life gifted to you.

Sessions look similar to prenatal sessions - elaborated upon in the box above.

If you recently had Baby, 30-60 days of rest and connection is necessary. From there we start slow and steady—rebuilding and reintegrating into your new body with breathwork and small but mighty movements! We'll assess for diastasis recti and reestablish a strong core.

The programming is personalized. Whether you're new to the gym or an experienced athlete, the programming will be suited to you!

Before our first session, there's a 30-60 minute consult where we get to know each other and share goals. By the end, we'll decide if we're a good fit. If yes, you'll commit to a payment option. Feel free to bring a partner involved in your financial decisions so they can see the benefits too! 

1:1 Postpartum personal training 

For mothers at any stage of pregnancy!

In our 50-70 minute session, we'll start with some breathwork to connect you to your body. Next is a warmup, again focusing on staying rooted in your body. We then move into strength and conditioning. The foundation of this programming is functional movements and lifts. Finally, we'll down-regulate with stretching and more intentional breathwork.
Think of it as training for a marathon, but we're training for your dream birth!

Programming is made by me, for you, and may vary slightly from the above layout. Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced athlete, this programming will be suited to you!
