What does it mean to be an event partner?

As an event partner, you will be contributing to securing a venue or platform (if online), and marketing or advertising, as needed, to gather participants

I have had previous venue partners that I can recommend to help secure a venue, but if you already have a venue in mind, that would be great!

I might not be able to guarantee success in gathering participants on my end since my following is still growing. It can also depend on your vision for the event, such as the kind of participants you would like to cater to.

Most of my contributions will be put into the workshop itself. I will handle facilitating discussions and activities.

I am interested in being an event partner. What do I need to do?

I'd like to get to know who I'll be working with, so I'll need to schedule an online meeting for that and see if we're a good match. After that, we'll see where it goes from there.

Do you only do workshops on discord?

No, Discord is just my go-to platform for workshops right now, mostly because it's free and it's the easiest for me to use.

Let me know if you prefer any other places (online or otherwise), and I'll try my best to accommodate.

Where are you willing to travel for workshops?

Accepted Answer

I'd prefer to only accommodate workshops in Metro Manila. Outside of that, I can make special considerations depending on your case.

Can I book an event just for me and my friends?

Absolutely! I'd prefer to have at least 3 participants so that the discussions can be more diverse among individuals.

How many participants do you need for workshops?

Accepted Answer

An intimate number of 3 to 10 would be ideal, so we can accommodate each person's reflections and sharing.

We can always have more than 10, but I might change my format so we don't extend the workshop's allotted time.

How long do the workshops last?

The duration of the workshop depends on the number of participants, but it will typically last around 2 hours. I prefer to extend it to up to 3 hours to accommodate more questions and discussion from participants.
