Introduction

Je suis Crissy, instructrice de yoga certifiée, coach spirituelle et maman de 4 enfants. Mon parcours a débuté sur le tapis de yoga, où j'ai découvert non seulement le mouvement, mais aussi une manière de calmer mon esprit et de me reconnecter avec moi-même durant certaines  périodes les plus difficiles de ma vie.
Au fil des années, j'ai approfondi ma pratique par des études spirituelles, du travail énergétique et du coaching mental, apprenant combien il est puissant de libérer les anciens schémas et d'évoluer vers une version plus élevée de soi-même.
Aujourd'hui, j'accompagne d'autres femmes à vivre ces mêmes transformations : développer la confiance en soi, se libérer du poids du passé et s'aligner avec leur véritable mission. Je crée un espace pour vous permettre de guérir, grandir et vous élever. J’ai hâte d’entrer en contact avec vous et de vous accompagner alors que vous devenez cette nouvelle version de vous‑même.

I am Crissy, a certified yoga instructor, spiritual coach, and mom of 4 beautiful boys. My journey began on the yoga mat, where I discovered not just movement, but a way to quiet my mind and reconnect with myself during some of life’s most challenging seasons.
Over the years, I’ve deepened my practice with spiritual studies, energy work, and mindset coaching, learning how powerful it is to release old patterns and step into a higher version of yourself. Yoga gave me the tools, but coaching opened the door to a complete transformation — mind, body, and soul.
Now, I guide other women to experience the same shifts: building self-trust, letting go of what’s heavy, and aligning with their true purpose. Whether through yoga, coaching, or a combination of both, I hold space for you to heal, grow, and rise. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you as you step into your new self.
