You just need to check directly with our concierges at Front Desk, where they will assist you in scheduling a transfer or calling a taxi for you.

How do I use the safe?

Just follow these steps:

1. Open the safe.
2. Place your items inside the safe and press the 'reset' button.
3. Set a 4-digit password. Please do not forget it, as you will not be able to open the safe without it.
4. Press the 'Lock' button. Your safe has been successfully closed.

How do I use the door hanger?

If you would like your room to be cleaned, please leave the hanger on the doorknob with the blue side that says 'We’re out enjoying Tequileño.' If you prefer your room not to be cleaned, leave the door hanger on the doorknob with the yellow side that says 'Do not disturb, we are resting.

What is the room cleaning schedule?

Rooms are cleaned from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you require cleaning at a different time, please let reception know.
Also, if you need an additional amenity, please inform us.
