Bio 

Hi I’m Daniel, the lead coach/instructor at Da Fitness, I’m 36 years old with lots of experience in gym, running and functional training, I’m from Newcastle upon Tyne. I am Level 3 in Fitness & personal training and I have 20 years experience running with half of that period coaching all age groups.

I’m passionate health and fitness, teaching, training, promoting and still learning different methods and ways to help get the most out of others and myself! 

I also enjoy the social aspect and believe training can be fun and it is for everyone you just have to find what you like and keep at it until you get even better!
