Saw Mr Adam Sawyer to have my breast enhancements removed. I found him professional, empathetic at all times. I appreciated his explanation of the procedures and the options open to me, which helped me decide what was right for me. The procedure went smoothly without any issues, and the results exceeded my highest hopes. I would happy use him again should I want any further cosmetic surgery.

Nearly seven weeks ago Mr. Sawyer did my breast augmentation and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative, he made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.
The outcome exceeded my expectations! Natural-looking, beautifully done, minimal scarring and exactly what I hoped for. The whole experience of having upper blepharoplasty with Adam Sawyer was good from start to finish! I am very pleased with the results.  Adam's team were all very helpful and I had all the information I needed before the procedure.  I would recommend him to anyone who was considering this operation.

I had breast reduction surgery with Mr Sawyer in February 2025, going from an H cup to a D cup, as a petite 4ft 11 women, I am not exaggerating when I tell you it has changed my life. Mr Sawyer went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even phoning me on a Sunday whilst on a day out with his family, simply because he received a message to say I had gone into the Nuffield to have it checked. He really is an incredible surgeon, my scars are healing beautifully and I will forever be grateful to Mr Sawyer and his amazing team for making it all such a comfortable experience.

Mr Sawyer is wonderful. He’s a brilliant and talented surgeon but in addition to this he’s very kind, compassionate,  professional and genuine.  He was very reassuring and pragmatic, he listened and I felt immediately that I was in very safe hands. He very carefully explained everything and I was given ample opportunity to ask any questions. He was very accessible and I couldn’t fault his care in any way.  He’s surrounded by a team that were extremely efficient and it made the whole process very easy and stress-free.

I had the best experience with my cosmetic surgery with Mr Sawyer. Everything was discussed in detail from my first consultation, down to the day of surgery. Post care was 10 out of 10. Good advice given for aftercare and for best results from surgery. I would 100 percent recommend this surgeon and would use him again in a heartbeat. Mr Saywer is a true gentleman .

Adam was lovely during my initial consultation and explained everything thoroughly. I then saw him again a few weeks later to choose my implant size and again he was very friendly, informative and I felt at complete ease about the procedure. I am now 6 weeks post Op and I am delighted with my results. My new breasts look fantastic and they are the exact size / look I was hoping to achieve. I cannot recommend Adam enough, he has a lovely manner and I will definitely return to him if I decide to have any more cosmetic surgery in the future. Mr Sawyer was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable with my treatment. I honestly can’t thank him enough!

I was treated by Adam Sawyer to repair a torn earlobe, from my initial consultation to the procedure and my follow,up  Adam was nothing less than amazing, he made me feel so at ease ,and although my op was very small , I would trust him with any treatments I may want in the future, he has a wonderful warm personality, which again puts you at ease, I read  his reviews which I chose him, and it was the best choice.

When I first attended Mr Sawyers clinic I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. I did not need to worry at all he put me at ease straight away and he makes you feel very relaxed. My procedure was carried out at The Nuffield Bournemouth and the nurses there are also so lovely and take great care of you. I am delighted with the results, I just wish I had done it sooner. Fantastic experience by Dr Sawyer and his team. I was in very safe hands, excellent follow up care and advice. Thrilled with the results, a friend in the industry commented on what neat work it was. I have ended up with exactly the right size.  The lovely secretaries were also really  helpful and supportive throughout. No complications and back to the gym six weeks later . I just regret not being braver and having it done sooner!

I can’t believe it’s been almost 4 months since having breast reduction surgery with Adam! I simply cannot fault the experience – since the first consultation, I knew he really understood what it was that I wanted from the procedure. He took his time to listen to my thoughts, whilst simultaneously ensuring I was aware of what would be within the realms of possibility and making sure I understood the risk.

Adam’s secretary, Claire, made sure to keep in touch over the months following the consultation before surgery, which due to Covid, was longer than expected! But it was very much worth the wait. I would definitely recommend the friendly and helpful secretaries Adam has, as they will reassure you and organise everything in a clear and flexible way!

When it comes to the results of my breast reduction, I don’t think there’s anything I can fault. I had no real complications (other than a reaction to medical tape) and overall, the recovery process was smooth - and pretty quick, considering it’s such an invasive procedure. Adam’s incision work is so neat and precise, it made for minimal, tidy scars, which will continue to fade over the next few months. If you’re looking for a skilled surgeon who will take your desires into account, combined with years of successful surgical experience, Adam is definitely the surgeon to pick!

When talking to Adam, you can definitely tell he’s great at talking with clients, both professionally, and on a personal basis. He made me feel so heard with my views towards breast reduction (I started at a smaller size than the typical candidate for reduction surgery, however he validated me in my wish for smaller breasts) and made me feel like an individual, remembering information about me in consultations, even if they were months apart! On the day of surgery, he came to see me beforehand and really calmed any last-minute worries (I had to go in alone due to Covid, so it was reassuring knowing I was in safe hands). I never felt any doubts towards the procedure, but if I had, Adam would have helped me reach an informed decision (even if this had meant not having surgery). Throughout the process, Adam made me feel safe and secure, and so I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for someone reliable, experienced and friendly, to trust their dreams of surgery with!
