At Changi General Hospital, Dr Low was monitoring my wife's eye health for quite some years. Just a few months back in May, Dr Low performed cataract surgery to her left eye at CGH. It was so seamlessly done and finished in perfection that without the slightest hesitation my wife decided to engage Dr Low again in doing her right eye after he moved to Cornerstone. Eye care demands a specialist's high degree of meticulousness and extensive clinical experience. Dr Low undoubtedly is our most entrusted eye health specialist in both measures. Thanks to Dr Low and his team at Cornerstone for their care and kindness.

Sought a 2nd opinion for my eye condition, found Dr Low at CECN via Google search and made a last-min appointment. Dr Low was so patient, attentive and incredibly kind throughout the appointment, taking his time to answer all my questions, show me all my scans and explain each one in simple terms, and repeated and reiterated when I needed further clarification. Even when I made a 2nd appointment soon after for further checks, Dr Low was always open to answer more questions and provide a calm and empathetic perspective, showing a high level of genuine care for his patients. Staff are friendly and quick to reply to WA messages with their soonest appointment slots, even checking with Dr Low when I needed quick clarification over WA. I'm really so grateful to Dr Low and everyone at CECN for the amazing level of care, expertise and visit experience they have provided! Highly recommend CECN for your comprehensive eye care needs!

I had an excellent experience at this eye centre, especially considering I visited as a walk-in without an appointment. Despite Dr. Low being out of the clinic when I arrived, he made a special effort to rush back and attend to my eye issue promptly. I was able to get a thorough check-up on the same day. Dr. Low was professional, took his time to explain everything clearly, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice for their exceptional and caring service.
