About D'Waroeng
Since 2009, D'Waroeng is run by husband-and-wife team, Royen and Kadek.
Serving fresh authentic Balinese and Balinese-fusion cuisine to patrons from all over the world.
Kadek, aka Ibu Made Rai, is the main creative chef behind the D'Waroeng. Previously worked as professional chef and trained in culinary school, she has traveled as far as Japan to learn and conduct cooking classes.
Kadek now runs both D'Waroeng and conducts traditional Balinese cooking classes both on-site and off-site in English and Bahasa. She is also able to customize dishes and classes to suit customers' request.
