Hello and welcome to F45 Training in Bahrain! We are looking for an energetic enthusiastic Group Trainer to lead our HIIT classes on a full time basis. Please acquaint yourself with F45 by visiting our website and learning about the F45 community and our style of training. If you are interested in joining our dynamic team, please complete the Application Form and submit at the end. We will contact you in the near future to schedule a fitness test and interview. Request to Freeze/Pause your membership using the form below. Total Freeze period is approved based on the Membership Type you currently have. TOTAL FREEZE PER MEMBERSHIP: 12 Months Membership = 8 Weeks Freeze 6 Months Membership = 4 Weeks Freeze 3 Months Membership = 2 Weeks Freeze Foundation Membership = 1 Week Freeze Important: Short Term Memberships (Unlimited - 1 Week, Unlimited - 1 Month & Mornings - 1 Month), as well as, Class Credits DO NOT QUALIFY FOR COMPLIMENTARY FREEZE. If the Freeze period is fully used up, Members have the option to extend the freeze for an extra BD7 per week. Final calculation will be made at time of review. Payment will be made in advance with BenefitPay or Credit Card.
