After finding solace and purpose in Yoga during any quiet periods of freelancing in the Film & TV Industry over the course of 10 years, she decided to use what she found that helps herself to help others. 
Graduating from her 200hr YTT course in Rishikesh and her 300hr YTT course the following month in Mysore, she wants to bring her knowledge and skills to others.

"It has changed my mental and physical state in such a positive way, more than I could have ever imagined and I couldn’t believe that I was the only person within whom there was this significant change. So, I decided to take part in the courses to share the knowledge and techniques that I learnt both on and off the mat during this transformative time. My aim is to improve the mental & physical well-being of any student who chooses to learn with me."

She has been teaching 1 to 1 and group classes with flair, originality and authenticity, that she hopes will stay with her students on and off the mat.
