The technician Mr. Ritik there explained everything to me very clearly and professionally. They fixed my phone at a very reasonable price, and to my surprise, even gave me a gift. I’ve used them before and was happy. This time with a screen replacement the iPad screen that was replaced developing a line across the screen. After changing it once they said that it happened again.The team were polite and tried to help throughout and eventually the issue resolved itself.  Given the level of customer service and the attempts to ensure customer satisfaction I will use them again.

Amazing service as always. Shakti fixed my Galaxy phone within 15 minutes, my screen was replaced and ready. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to fix your phone / laptop.

Total scam! Do not use this shop
They charged me 60kd to replace iPad mini screen.
Confirmed if there were any problems bring it back no problem. A day later, lines appeared in the screen and they refused to fix it, or refund my money.. instead they tried to lie and say I had dropped the ipad. They are using fake screens from China. The should be reported to Kuwait Pollice authorities. You are all warned to not use them.

I had an excellent experience with the computer service. They repaired my laptop quickly and efficiently. The service was outstanding, and the staff member was polite, respectful, and punctual. Highly recommended!
