ALIGNMENT ACTION
Pause where you are.
Take three slow breaths, easy and unforced.
On the first breath, feel your body settle
into the surface beneath you.
On the second breath, notice
what feels steady without effort.
On the third exhale, ask silently:
“What do I already know is true?”
Do not answer.
Let one simple knowing surface —
practical, ordinary, already present.
Now look gently at your immediate environment.
Name one small action available right now
that would bring your outer life
into closer agreement with that knowing.
No fixing.
No optimization.
Without embodiment, alignment remains conceptual.
When the action is clear, proceed.
