Our mission is to help develop GRIT through movement and mind programs. GRIT's structured, progressive sports training, parkour and gymnastics programs focus on developing strength, agility, balance and coordination while building self-confidence. Students learn that exercise is fun and that in order to succeed you must persist and be dedicated. That's why our motto is " Never Give Up!" Located in Downtown Jersey City, GRIT is a brand new, large, well ventilated facility with 20' ceilings and brand new Heating and Air Conditioning systems that continuously bring fresh air into the gym. Our space is directly across the street from the new Morris Square Park.
