At Healing to Action, one of core values is survivor leadership, but what does that mean in practice? What are the challenges and opportunities for survivor leadership at every level of an organization, including governance? How can we redistribute power in our organizations to mirror the power we want to see built in our communities? Join us for a virtual discussion with Healing to Action board members, staff, and survivor-leaders to learn about our organization’s journey to deepen accountability to our community, strengthen collaboration between our board and survivor leaders, and develop shared leadership practices across our organization.
