Check-In Instructions:

Welcome to Hotel Luz! Below are your simple to follow check-in instructions.

1. Fill out the Online Check-In Form that was sent to you via your booking platform. Ignore this step if you booked through AirBnb.

2. Add a valid payment method for the $75 refundable damage deposit (temporary hold). This was also sent to you via your booking platform (check email). Again, ignore this step if you booked through AirBnb.

3. You will receive your door code once you’ve completed the above 2 steps. Simply approach your door, press the face of the lock once, and enter your door code followed by the # sign.

Check-In

If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, or planning a surprise, we collaborate with a local decoration team that can prepare a small setup in the property before your arrival.

2. Lovely Details Package
• Rose petals on the bed
• Balloons scattered on the floor
• Heart-shaped helium balloons
