I am a personal trainer with experience in the fitness industry since 2007. Over the years, I have managed several gyms and overseen operations, administration, occupational health and safety, and staff training. I have also competed in natural bodybuilding. Now in my late 50s, I follow a natural and healthy lifestyle to reflect the principles I teach. I believe it is important to lead by example in the fitness industry. My expertise include physical fitness, mindset coaching, lifestyle coaching, and group class instruction. I recognize that every client is unique.
