When do I need to book my room by?

We ask that the initial reservation is booked by March 15th. Payment isn't due in full until May 1st. 
We will start following up with you if you haven't reserved or let us know you can't make it by March 15th.

Where can we stay?

Our wedding will be at The Fives- Beachfront hotel. We will be doing a total resort takeover, so we encourage you to stay at our same resort for convenience. 
If you are bringing kids along there is a sister hotel next door that can accommodate larger groups so our travel agent can set you up there as well.

Is the resort All-inclusive?

YES! Food, drinks, and more! No extra hidden charges at the resort. We do recommend planning on tipping the staff throughout your stay.

Tell me more about the room prices?

The Beachfront has 4 different room options/prices to choose from. These prices/room types are first-come, first-reserve. 
Additionally, these room prices are the rate for 2 guests.

Example: The $2516 beachfront suite is the total price for 2 people on the reservation (all-inclusive).

Is there an option for a payment plan?

Yes, there is an option for a payment plan with Affirm at the time of check out.  This would allow you to extend your payments till the time of the wedding.

What should we budget for?

+ Flights, Plan to fly into Cancun Airport. 
+ The Fives Beachfront is an all-inclusive resort, so your meals and drinks at the resort are included. Please plan to tip the staff accordingly.
+ Transportation expenses, if you wish to go into town or to any excursions.
+ Any excursions you choose to add.

What’s the schedule for the weekend?

This schedule is subject to change and we're sure to have more details on our planned events closer to our big week.

For now we plan to have a Welcome Party on Wednesday, Fiesta on Thursday, Wedding on Friday, Free Day on Saturday, and Travel/Departure day on Sunday.

What about transportation from airport

We will provide private transportation for our guests from the airport to the resort and back upon departure.

Question 12

When do I need to secure my room?

Accepted Answer

In order to hold a room you will be required to put a $100 down payment at time of reservation, and final payment (total amount) will be due by May 1st, 2026, unless using Affirm for payment.

Is there excursions?

Yes, there are excursions. Some are free and some cost extra. Please connect with Chris (our travel agent) to discuss further.
