K.I.P.A. (Korea International Pilates Academy) offers a comprehensive course that covers a wide range of beginner and intermediate exercises for Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrel, and Cadillac. K.I.P.A. courses encompass practical techniques and the theory of functional anatomy, pre and postnatal, rehabilitation, and equipment Pilates. Rooted in the fundamental principles and philosophy of Joseph Pilates, K.I.P.A.'s methods constitute what we now recognize as modern Pilates. Upon completion of the course, you will acquire the skills necessary to become a skilled and proficient Pilates instructor, enabling you to teach this repertoire to clients.

2026 KIPA Review
The KIPA Review Course is designed for instructors who’ve completed the KIPA Beginner or Intermediate courses. This structured review helps reinforce key concepts, refine teaching techniques, and ensure you're fully prepared for the next steps. ➢ KIPA review is mandatory for students who have not taken any exam within 1 year (counted from the course completion date or last exam attempt). If there is any confusion, please reach out to us for clarification. ➢Students who have completed the Beginner course may only register for the Beginner review. Students who completed the Comprehensive course may join either Beginner or Intermediate review.
