Datang nak check lutut sebab jatuh, total time dekat klinik tak sampai one hour (register + consultation + xray). Friendly and quick action from doctor and staff 💯💯. Harga pun affordable.

First time visiting this clinic yesterday during emergency. Caring, dedicated doctors and nurses always with a smile on their faces. Love this clinic.

I've been in and out patient in this clinic since I discovered that it was near my place before. I was a former resident of OUG parklane so this clinic is just a walking distance from our unit. Actually,it was my friend who asked me to go here to have my booster during pandemic.

The place👍:  It's was just near my place, theres a parking area near the vicinity. The good things are it was also near the pharmacy, food court, groceries and etc. For walk-ins it was convenient because for example if you need to buy meds after consultation, if you feel hungry or need to buy a sudden household stuffs its easy.

The clinic👍:  It was small, but can accomodate at least 20 people or less I guess. It's clean and just good enough for a clinic. What I like most is I can sense that they are after cleanliness ( even the lavatory) and most importantly, theres enough tissues and soap at the wash room. Not to mention that other clinics near the area are not that neat same with the front desk staffs, and I will not mention the clinic name.

The Staffs👍: Very easy to communicate with, they are neat and even offer to use wifi if you are having trouble with your phone signal, especially when paying online bills. For me, the very first thing I really notice when I visit a clinic are the receptionist , first thing first is that if they are accomodating and neat and sorry I'm very much particular with the nails, and teeth. Don't get me wrong I'm not that 'pure' and neat 100% type of person, but the fact that you will do my test and lab; it's a must. Sorry, but there is this clinic in the same place where the receptionist are not that hygenic ✌️same with the doctor, also, the place. I wont mention name but yeah the doctors seems feel disgusted when I had a sticky phlegm. Over all, the staffs are good and knows their job well.

The Physician👍: The doctor's office is not that big, but I feel comfortable, they have two residents, the AM and PM physicians- not good with names✌️, I was always assigned to the female doctor and I feel relieved to share everything to her ( female stuffs) with no hesitations, especially those private matter. I feel that because, I am always there I feel ateast not like any other doctor , I have this sense of fear and there's a sense of urgency to explain the situation when some words are jargon for an ordinary patient like me.

Although, the male doctor is accomodating too. The last time I went there he's the attending physician, I must say he's just cool. I don't feel discomfort and he's just simply telling the truth in a sense that he will give recommendations like not this time, maybe after this.. Because other doctors will say its ok just for the sake of money, especially if they know that you are insured. If you know what I meant.

The Patients👍: Often times, during morning around 9am till 12pm there are minimal people (during my visit) but most patients came at noon. Well, based on the numbers of people who went there, it's a proof that most of their patients knows how they work and maybe some are like me, a resident patient too 😊.

The customer service👍: Well, the staffs replies promptly through whats app. Whenever there's a misunderstanding, they can explain it well and sort things out ( based on my experiences), especially with the bills. What I also like about them is that, they would know you and recognize you. For me, its nice that they remember their patients. Most importantly they know how to communicate well in english. Some would make a face if they don't understand you and knew you were expats , eventhough its a basic english and with that I salute their staffs same with their doctors.

Over all, I can say that I always have a nice treatment with the staffs and all.

Recommendations😎:

- make a more recognizable and accessible map location on  grab app or any online car rental app. Now that I am not an OUG tenant. I need to commute, one time the grab driver gets mad at me because of the pinned location.

- have a Sunday clinic in case of emergency. Much better if you can make it 24/7. 👍😎😊

I was able to do my medical check-up for pre-U here. The staff were efficient throughout the process and took so little time in every task that the time I spent there felt like a breeze. The staff were respectful, kind, and humorous. It was an enjoyable and lively experience despite the fact that I WAS at a clinic. The price, to me, was very reasonable considering the things I needed to get done for my pre-U medical check-up. Overall, 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend going here for medical check-ups.

Visited multiple times, Dr and staffs are very cooperative. Always get good advice and service from them. 👍
