anybody in or near STEM. students, grads, researchers, whether you went into academia or industry, whatever stage you are at and field you are in, we want to help you share your story.

any part of your STEM experience you want to share, whether it's a story, rant, quote, joke, piece of advice... when in doubt, submit it!

is it really anonymous?

yes. we won't collect your name or email, and will edit your submission to make sure it can't be traced to you. however, the anonymity isn't an excuse for violence - if your submission if harmful or offensive, it won't be included on our page.

will my story be posted exactly as I write it?

generally, yes. our main goal is sharing your voice and story. however, we will edit for anonymity - removing any names, places, and institutions - to make sure nobody will know you're the one behind the story! we may also edit for length and clarity in certain cases.

how do I make sure my submission is anonymous enough?

here's a good rule of thumb:
specific identifying information❌: John Doe, Harvard University
general referencing information✅: my PhD supervisor, my university
