'Sukoon’ is an initiative under the 'Psychology Resource Centre' which attempts to help members of the society learn about Mental Health and promote a peaceful atmosphere. We’re living in a time of uncertainties, where many people are feeling stressed, anxious and panicked. The pandemic has taken a toll on everyone’s mental health and is now a major concern for everyone. With ‘Sukoon’ we aim to normalize mental health well-being with a plethora of activities for our members-students, peers and our teachers. Our agenda is to empower emotional well-being by providing information and opportunities to those who seek help and to overcome the stigma associated with mental health.
