Is This Class Right for You? Stretch & Mobilize is designed to improve movement quality, enhance mobility, and optimize functional strength. While this class is gentle and suitable for most people, it does require a basic level of balance, coordination, and mobility to fully participate. 💡 Who may need modifications or an individual approach? If you are recovering from an injury, you may need a more personalized approach before joining the class. If you have significant mobility restrictions or severe balance issues, you may find some exercises too challenging in a group setting. If you are significantly overweight and struggle with standing balance, you may need more gradual progressions before joining. What to do instead? If you're unsure whether this class is the right fit, I recommend booking a consultation to discuss a modified approach that works for your needs. My goal is to help you move better and feel stronger in a way that’s safe and effective for your body.
