We worked with Matt & Mary Hawley to find and buy our amazing house. This was my first experience buying a house, Matt and Mary were more than exceptional. Their expertise and guidance gave me the confidence we were in the right hands.

Not only did they find the perfect home for us, but they were incredible throughout the whole search and buying process. They went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way. When we found the house we wanted, Matt and Mary knew exactly what to do to navigate the competitive buying process. There were 5 other competing offers. Matt immediately built rapport with the sellers agent, had our offer ready to submit ahead of the deadline and provided expert advice on the day the sellers were deciding which offer to accept. When we were told our offer was not the top one, Matt and Mary strategically negotiated with the sellers agent, resubmitted multiple offers and ultimately got our offer accepted. During these extremely stressful moments, Matt remained calm and confident.

Once our offer was accepted, Matt and Mary walked us through each step during escrow. As a first time buyer, Matt made sure we understood the process, the documents, what was needed, etc. He was always prepared, kept us organized and made the home buying experience very smooth and seamless. He even got us connected to a lender who was able to close our loan very quickly.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Matt & Mary to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, they will always be my go to real estate partners!

Mary Hawley did an excellent job renovating and preparing my late parent's home to sell. My parents bought the home new in 1950! She presented plans and costs for selling it as it was (not updated at all) and investing in renovating and updating. I decided to update, and it turned out to be the best decision. I live in another city from the house, and I trusted Mary and her team to take care of everything. I couldn't have been happier. Mary and her team were a dream to work with. The house looked ready for a new family in a new century! I highly recommend Mary and her team.

Once again, Mary has helped us with our real estate needs.  She helped us purchase our primary residence previously, and now she helped us purchase a suitable investment property.  As a contractor, she knows what I am able to do for myself, and she found us a property that had the most upside potential while keeping it financially viable during the process of upgrading the home.  Mary has a background in renovating properties as well as understanding what today’s buyers are looking for in a fully renovated home.  This has come in very helpful to help us to reach our goals.  She also has the professional contacts to help with all aspects of what we need to do.

I am not sure how she did it, but we slipped in to see the property before others did and we were able to win the home even against several all-cash buyers who were offering the same price or more.  That shows the power of the relationships she has built with other realtors over the years.  Mary has skills other realtors do not.  I would recommend you speak with her before you buy or sell a home.
