Here are a few Important Tips Before You Start:

✅ Warm-Up (5 Min) – Dynamic stretches: arm circles, bodyweight squats, lateral & reverse lunges, shoulder rolls.
✅ Progressive Overload – Gradually increase weight or reps each week.
✅ Rest Between Sets – 30–60 seconds for efficiency, 60–90 seconds if lifting heavier.
✅ Cool Down (5 Min) – Stretch to help with recovery.
