Move Missoula owner Alison Laundrie has been in and around athletics her entire life. She started dancing when she was 14 years old and now uses her knowledge of Pilates to help young athletes. “It’s hard to for me sometimes to watch young athletes, when I see them walk and move and play games, and I want to get in and help them be better so they can be a better version of themselves on whatever sport they’re in,” said Laundrie.

Move Missoula is a Pilates studio that has been around for nearly 10 years. “The Move community is a tight-knit one,” said Jenny Passuccio, studio manager and instructor. The Pilates gym has over 300 clients. But since COVID-19 shut down many Missoula businesses, Move Missoula decided they needed to adjust. “Honestly, we asked one another, ‘How can we keep them moving? ‘ Our best thought was going virtual,” said Passuccio.
