Ally customer service was amazing, she was engaged my entire visit, and frequently asked if I liked my nails. She gave me a file to take home which was a nice and I was offered a beverage during my visit. I like the ombré design  and was  pleasantly surprised she had several swatches ready for me to select. I won't rate it 5 stars  due to these reasons. She had to fix several nails because she placed the white acrylic too far down on my nails, to the point that you could see white patches under the pink acrylic. One nail looked lumpy on the side and 2 nails still have white patches under the pink acrylic. The acrylic seems to be over  my skin on several nails which I am currently filling down myself. I'm sure she would've done her best to fix these issues but it was already close to closing time and I didn't want to hold everyone up especially since I was  squeeze-in, and I truly appreciate them for squeezing me in. I do like the ombré and the shape, aside from the acrylic hanging over on the side. Would I be back, probably not. Ally customer service 100/10. Overall satisfaction with my nails 3.5/5

I’ve been a regular at this salon since September 2024 and was assigned to Gaby, who is phenomenal. She’s skilled, warm, and delivers perfect nails every time. Her attention to detail and consistency are unmatched.

However, the front desk staff and customer service need improvement.

The Good:

Gaby’s Expertise: Flawless work every time, from simple fills to complex designs.
Ambiance: Clean and welcoming salon environment.

The Bad:

Appointment Issues: My confirmed appointment was once missing from the system, and it took 15 minutes to resolve despite proof.
Late Policy: The 10-minute grace period is inflexible. I was once late and willing to adjust my service to accommodate the delay, but the front desk’s unwillingness to communicate with the tech made the experience frustrating.
Broken Nail Repair: A nail broke shortly after a service by another tech. When I called for a quick fix, the front desk refused to let another tech handle it, citing policy, and suggested I “go elsewhere.”

The Bottom Line:
Gaby’s talent is the only reason I stayed as long as I did, but the inconsistent and rigid front desk service drove me to take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback helps the salon improve its customer service policies and communication.

My nail tech Blake is AMAZING!!! She was professional the entire time, she provided me with World Class Customer Service. Throughout the entire process she talked me through my services and made sure I was pleased with the service. I will always be a returning customer at Nail Haven. I have found my permanent Nail Salon as well as my Nail Tech!!!!

Ray did a great job on my manicure and nail art. The gel polish application was smooth, clean, and precise. The French tips with rhinestone nail art are exactly how I wanted them. Ray’s attention to detail and skill really stood out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality nail work and artistry!

Went and got my nails done before Thanksgiving. This is a pic of my nails after two days of cooking, cleaning, and washing my hands repeatedly. The nails artist I had was very sweet. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it. She also explained how I can care for my nails at home. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
