• Administration for records and support services for maintenance and related services.
• Resident relations to address issues and concerns.
• Logistics within the community.
• Assistance on isolation due to medical conditions.
• Pest control services.
• Room access and vehicle registration for gate pass.

The housing aesthetic and architectural design is mandated by the management, thus re-arrangement of things, especially installations of
other items not mentioned in the room is subject to management decision and advice before proceeding.
The management advises to use items only for its intended purpose, thus using other items may require management approval.
It is advisable to observe respect to all to avoid disturbance, among others.
Do not hesitate to activate the fire alarm if threatening to life and asset.
Note: Smoking is not allowed inside of any building.

Application Procedure

How it works:

1. The resident or visitor will scan the QR Code provided. Click apply below to access the QR Code link.

2. The QR Code links to an online form for submitting a visitor request.

3. Once the form is completed, the Control Center Team will contact the requestor to confirm the details.

4. After confirmation, the requestor will receive the application status via email.

5. The generated PDF document serves as the official and valid entry/exit permit within the community and is non-transferable.

Visitor Application Request

The housekeeping team is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and a pleasant living environment. They offer scheduled room cleaning, including dusting, mopping, and bed-making, and we require your support that personal items to be arranged and secure before cleaning. They do not handle cutlery or glassware. They have a "Do Not Disturb" policy and can visit rooms between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (except on Fridays). They provide emergency cleaning services and deep cleaning. They also have a clear desk policy, dusting electronic devices, and follow COSHH and NEOM environmental policies. Any contaminated items and broken glass identified during cleaning must be reported for the safety and awareness of the staff.

Note: New Village Management will not be responsible for any missing items, so please keep your important items in secure place.

Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping visits from 8 am to 5 pm every day except Fridays.
Laundry collection every day, and return after 24 hours. Express laundry is not available and no service every Fridays. Ensure correct count of garments as mentioned in the laundry slip and pockets must be cleared before sending to laundry. The management will not be liable to missing items.

NEOM Type B cleaning staff is visiting the rooms twice a week for regular cleaning, deep cleaning, collection of laundry and return of laundry as per the schedule. Please keep your personal belongings in safe place. The management will not be liable to any missing personal items.

Our restaurant offers a variety of cuisines, including American, European, Middle Eastern, and Asian, prepared and approved with NEOM's food safety standards. However, some items may contain common allergens like dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or gluten. The community assures that it is innovated with SMS (Security Management System) to ensure a safe environment. Access to other buildings without authorization advised by the community management is not allowed. Community is equipped with 24/7 CCTV to guarantee monitoring in the vicinity. For visiting guests, you need to inform the community management for access and information to the security staff. Application for gate pass is from 8 am to 5 pm only.
