4 mates from Essex hitting hard with catchy riffs and energetic tunes. No drinks on the dancefloor have come a long way since they formed, going from practising at the cramped music rooms of their school to playing at the famous Chinnery’s in Southend. In preparation for this single release, playing at a famous stage that has featured bands such as Arctic Monkeys and Nothing But Thieves, was a huge deal for the band. After many hours perfecting their signature sound they were ready to take to the studio and record their first single at 123 studios in London. With the release date coming midway through the year the boys are excited to push on after this single release and build their audience both locally and online. Their aim is to really bring some energy back to their local music scene and also to expand out and inspire a new wave of indie rock into popularity.
