Nonye is an AI performance coach and reinforcement learning specialist, passionate about driving agentic performance through real-time AI solutions.

Since graduating from medical school in 2019, she has studied reward policies, leveraging reinforcement learning and adaptive feedback loops to overcome product visibility challenges in high-velocity training ecosystems.

She is inspired by Brian Armstrong’s visionary leadership at Coinbase and excited to help pioneer AI-driven human interfaces that redefine responsiveness to revolutionize economic empowerment.

Her mission in life is to use AI to make work great again for highly-sensitive engineers. In her free time she designs TL;DR infographics for visual thinkers and misphonics.
