We took an Executive King Suite and was given one on 26th flr. Spacious and upgraded unit. Bathroom and bedroom was very comfortable. We were given many pillows and even bolsters. |Although the executive lounge was under renovation, the temporary place was decent and service was superb. Food and drinks were acceptable. Looking forward to much better ambience in the new lounge. |Breakfast dishes at CitiBistro was excellent.

had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was incredibly clean, well organized, and carefully maintained throughout the property. The room was comfortable, tidy, and felt very welcoming from the moment I arrived. All the services were fast, efficient, and handled with professionalism, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The facilities were in great condition, and it was clear that the hotel puts real effort into maintaining high standards. Overall, I had no complaints at all and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.|Ken was the best man!
