Move-out/In Cleaning-The following tasks are included:

Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including baseboards, shelves, and light fixtures.
Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
Clean inside closets, including shelves and rods
Wipe down doors, door frames, and handles
Clean light switches and electrical outlet plates
Clean vents and ceiling fans
Wash windows (inside), tracks and sills
Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors
Remove all trash
Wipe down and disinfect all countertops and backsplash
Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
Clean inside and outside of all appliances: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher
Clean all sinks, faucets and garbage disposal
Scrub and disinfect toilet (inside and out, including base)
Scrub shower/tub wall, grout and glass doors
Clean mirrors until streak free
Empty and clean drawers
Dust and clean blinds
Wipe down washer and dryer (inside and outside)
Clean lint trap
Check for scuffs/marks on walls and door, clean where possible

Wall Washing (full wash for smoke, grease or heavy scuff)
Cabinet & Drawer Liner Replacement (fresh liners are cleaning inside)
Trash & Junk Removal (haul away leftover items, furniture or bulk trash)
Pressure Washing (driveway, siding, walkways)
Light Fixture & Ceiling Fan Detailing (removal of built-up dust/grease)
Move-In Ready Setup (stocking toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap or fresheners for new tenants)
