Seem to be a relatively new location. You definitely pay for the convenience of the location rather than driving through traffic to a big box store. Whether the premium price on items is worth it or not is up to the shopper suppose. In general, prices seem to be about 30% higher than the nearest Lowe's or Home Depot. Staff is friendly but not knowledgeable. A guy tried to help with a sprinkler head repair need but was obviously winging it and we left with the wrong part.

I went to this ace to get an automotive key cut. The employee at the center counter refused to cut the key because I brought in my own spare and did not buy the key from them. I then went in to an ace hardware in Fort Worth and had no problem getting it cut there. It just seemed like he was not interested in helping at all. Aside from that, the ladies at the front greeting seemed very nice, and willing to help with what they could. The store was also very tidy and clean. What a way to leave a bad first impression.

Excellent Store! Highly recommend! 3 different people helped us find various things we were looking for. Store is clean - fully stocked and easily placed. Outdoor plants are an excellent price!  If you have little ones they even have shopping baskets for them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a women’s hardware store. My wife loves this place because of there “Knick knacks”. I stopped wasting my time going there. They have very little real hardware and what they have is double what you pay at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Don’t bother looking for anything that may be “special “.  And don’t ask the cashiers where anything is when you walk in because they don’t know. Instead of wasting my time stopping I make the drive to Lowe’s.

Only Ace I found with Rick Salt and they have plenty left.  The cashier's were very nice and very helpful with helping me get my coupon to work.

Rita is absolutely outstanding when it comes to customer service! Every time I walk into Ace Hardware, she recognizes me right away and greets me with genuine enthusiasm. Her upbeat, friendly personality instantly makes the store feel welcoming. What really sets Rita apart is how focused she is on my projects—she remembers details from prior ones and brings them up when we’re discussing the current project, which makes me feel truly valued as a customer. If a question requires deeper expertise, she doesn’t hesitate to call in other team members to ensure I get the best guidance possible. Rita rocks customer service and is a big reason I enjoy shopping at Ace Hardware!
