Sereida Tambunan graduated from the College of Public Administration (STIPAN) with a degree in Political Science in 1995. Sere is a politician from Indonesia. Sere currently serves as Secretary of the Internal Department at the PDI-Perjuangan. She is also Chair of the Indonesian Movement, a non-governmental organization that focuses on social and community issues. In 2014, Sere was elected as a member of DPRD DKI Jakarta from PDI-P. She served in the DPRD for 1 period, from 2014-2018. During her time in DPRD DKI Jakarta, she focused on health, education and social welfare issues. In the 2024 simultaneous election event, Sere is running again to run for the DKI Jakarta DPRD legislature representing the PDI Perjuangan.
