Economic Times HR: How these two schoolgirls are helping differently-abled people to get jobs in companies
Social stigma and the absence of upskilling programmes for mentally diverse persons are among the main reasons why such differently-abled persons are out of jobs. Studies show that 94 percent of mentally diverse people in India are unemployed. Project Nishant, run by two school students, attempts to address this issue and trains such differently-abled persons for jobs and works with Corporate India to place them.
