Class Structure: • Refuel (30 min): steady floor flow | 80–85°F • Release (30 min): restorative stretch | ~75°F Music + Vibe: • Curated house, soulful house, chill-out lounge, ambient soundscapes • Music supports breath, rhythm, and embodied presence NOTES & DISCLAIMERS: This is not a dance class, not hot yoga, and not performance-based fitness. • All levels welcome • Move at your own pace • Rest encouraged Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle onto the floor. Remember to bring a mat, water, and a towel.
