Hi Smoketree community! We're looking for support to host a community event (open to all) and need your help! Please use this form to sign up to volunteer, bring supplies/decor, or register for the chili cook-off and dog costume contest! If you sign up to bring any of the following items, we will waive the costs of your ticket for the costume contest and chili tastings :) The deadline to sign up is SATURDAY OCTOBER 18. The event will be held on Saturday October 25 from 11am to 2:30pm. If you’d rather NOT shop, you can also contribute funds (Smoketree's venmo is @SmoketreeSRC) and we’ll purchase the items for you. Also, if you already own the item listed, you’re welcome to bring it to the event instead of buying new. Just make sure to note that in your sign-up.
