I highly rate and recommend Solaine’s PCOS programs. I enrolled in the PCOS glow up and then followed on to the PCOS pathway. After the first 3 weeks and finishing the Glow Up I had experienced multiple positive effects after changing my diet and lifestyle. The biggest change I experienced in the first couple of weeks was the way I felt both physically and emotionally. I felt like my chaotic life had some order to it. I’m a full time shift worker and having the protocol to take the guess work out of managing my diet really made an impact on making healthy change. After learning how to prioritise a balanced meal I found that I wasn’t wanting to snack throughout the day and I no longer had hangry sweet treat cravings in the afternoon. My skin had become less congested, I felt happier and more organised and I had started to loose weight. After completing the Glow Up I wanted to continue to implement the tools I had learned from Solaine to maintain this new routine. Following the PCOS Pathway I lost close to 10 kg in under 3 months. I didn’t feel like I was being deprived, I learned healthy ways to make the foods I desire and the drastic improvement in my physical symptoms of chronic fatigue, bloating and pure exhaustion made it so easy to continue. Solaine’s programs provide the tools to improve the lifestyle of those suffering with PCOS through nutrition and education. I highly recommend and encourage those interested as I have experienced great success in managing my symptoms and feel incredibly satisfied and happy to review!
I highly recommend The PCOS Glow Up course! I'm not the most skilled person when it comes to cooking, but with the easy-to-follow and delicious recipes supplied I found myself excited to cook and try the meals. While completing the program, I became less bloated, sugar cravings subsided and my energy levels increased. The course structure is well-organised and includes Solaine's breadth of knowledge about PCOS. I have also enjoyed being part of the Facebook Group community. By completing the course, I have learnt so much and am now continuing to apply this knowledge beyond the 3 weeks.
There’s lots of PCOS influencers out there that post mixed messages. I love working with Solaine as she’s fully qualified and provides clear, informed advice and really understands PCOS and its root causes. In only three months I’m already seeing great results. Highly recommend investing in yourself by working with Solaine, especially her 1:1 sessions.
Recipes are easy. Macros being broken down has been super helpful to continue after the 3 week challenge is over in my own recipes as well. Results from my 3 weeks included: - 3.8kg lost - 7.5cm off measurements (2.5cm off waist) - More energy after exercise - More energy in general - Enjoyment of my food - Less desire to snack - Bloating decreased I’ve definitely found this worth a go, especially given how fast some results were seen. I’ve tried lots of different “PCOS” diets and approaches before which didn’t work like this. I’m still losing weight by implementing parts of the guide and plan after the challenge is finished.
I just finished the PCOS 3 week Glow Up and I cannot recommend this program enough! Lost 5kg on the scales, improved digestion, skin, mood, energy. Eliminated food noise and brain fog, reduced bloating! If you're on the fence, give it a go
This program has been a GAME CHANGER! In the past I have tried so many different diets and have had little to no success! With a recent diagnosis of PCOS I found Solaine and saw her Glow Up program and thought…what do I have to lose? So 3 weeks in and I lost 5kgs and was feeling great! I have so much more energy and truly love this way of eating so I moved onto the PCOS Pathway program and am now nearly 15kg down.
