On October 18, 2025, Arizona’s 8th Congressional District made history. Over 8,400 residents joined the No Kings national day of action, standing for democracy and against authoritarianism. Across 10 protest sites, people filled sidewalks and intersections from Anthem to Surprise, united in peaceful visibility. Thousands lined Bell Road, spanning five cities in CD8--Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, and Surprise--sharing one powerful message: power belongs to the people, not to wannabe kings like Donald Trump. The day remained calm, family-friendly, and deeply patriotic—proof that everyday Arizonans can come together across differences to defend democracy with courage, creativity, and respect.

📣 We’re taking action across Arizona’s 8th Congressional District. Residents in 6 Arizona cities will join a coordinated protest to hold Donald Trump and Rep. Abe Hamadeh accountable — and push back against the GOP billionaires drunk with power, dismantling our government for personal gain.

🚫 Hamadeh has refused to meet with constituents
🙅‍♀️ He's attempted to intimidate and obstruct peaceful demonstrators
🤝 He's aligned himself with MAGA extremists

After weeks of peaceful demonstrations at Hamadeh's office were met with:

YES. We stay peaceful, civil, and nonviolent at all times. Our strength is in showing up, not confrontation.
