Im currently accepting clients in Kitchener, Waterloo, St.Jacobs & Cambridge. As or right now, dog walking clients will be limited to Kitchener and Waterloo.

Whats your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required. Cancellation resulting with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate. This is not something we like to do but as self employed staff it is only fair.

How often do you invoice?

I invoice at the end of each week using QuickBooks.

Whats your prefered method of payment?

Cash or E-transfer is great.

Will you walk my dog in extreme weather?

Accepted Answer

Adjustments will be made for extreme weather. Ill adjust outdoor time as needed and substitute with safe + fun enrichment activities as your dog’s safety always comes first.

Question 6

What do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Just your dog’s usual walking gear - Harness, collar, leash etc. (ill being my own poop bags and treats). For messier weather, I do ask that you leave a clean towel by the door so I can dry off paws and bellies post-walk.
