Where are you located?

The Soho Aesthetic is located in Chidlow, Perth Hills.
The exact address and salon access will be provided via email once booking.
The morning of your appointment you will also receive a text so you feel comfortable walking in.

Question 2

Why can't I book a hair appointment?

Accepted Answer

You need to be approved for the hair services, please fill out the New Client Hair Application form and we will go from there.

Question 3

How much maintenance is required for brows?

Accepted Answer

Brow Lamination-
Low maintenance but not maintenance free. You still need a little product daily to keep brows styled.
Results last up to 8 weeks with proper aftercare (which is provided)

Brow Wax & Dye- 
Keeps the brows defined with minimal effort.
Skin stain lasts around 3-10 days depending on skin type and aftercare. Dye lasts up to 5 weeks on the hairs.
Most clients return every 3-5 weeks to maintain their brows and midway through a brow lamination to keep fresh.

How long do results last?

Lash Lift- up to 8 weeks.
Brow Lamination- up to 8 weeks.
Brow Wax & Dye- 3-4 weeks.

Can I book a consult first?

Absolutely you can! Send me a dm and I can book that in for you. alternatively I'm happy to consult via message.

Question 6

What's the upkeep for hair?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your service, if you're having grey coverage tint generally every 4 weeks. Foils every 8-10 weeks and lived in colours can last for over 6 months.

Do you work weekends or late night?

Accepted Answer

No, my appointment times are between 7:30am-3:30pm Tuesday-Friday only.

Question 8

What are the payment options?

Accepted Answer

Preferred payment is via eftpos, there is a 1.4% transaction fee. Cash Is also accepted.

If you book online, no deposit is needed, your card details are simply held to secure your appointment, in line with the cancellation policy.
If you book directly through me, a 50% deposit is required to lock in your spot and taken off your appointment total.
It's just to make sure we're both committed.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

For everyone's comfort I ask you leave the little ones at home. There are chemicals and breakable items in the salon so it's best to keep things safe and calm. It can also be hard navigating precision with bumps and knocks on the brow bed, or you. This is your chance to unwind and relax, you deserve my full attention.

How should I arrive to my appointment?

HAIR
For colour- clean is best.
For cutting- freshly washed with no product is best to see how your hair sits naturally. But I will wash either way.

BROWS AND LASHES- no makeup is preferable as it will have to be removed.

Question 11

What are your cancellation/rescheduling policies?

Accepted Answer

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because I work by appointment only, late changes are impossible to fill at short notice.

To keep things fair and consistent, the fees apply regardless of the reason.

Rescheduling or cancellations made within
- 48 hours of your appointment will incur 50% of your appointment fee.
- 24 hours will incur 100% of your appointment fee.

These policies are in place to protect my time and small business, thank you for understanding.

What if I'm sick?

If you're sick, please stay home and take care of yourself. It’s much easier to reschedule one appointment rather than moving entire days if i fall ill also.
 
Cancelling last minute is still considered under my cancellation policy. Gotta keep things fair for everyone, even if you're under the weather.

What if i'm running late?

Life happens, I get it. If you're running behind please let me know as soon as you can. That said, if you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the full fee still applies. I run on a schedule to give everyone the love they deserve, so punctuality is major!​

Do you charge a no show fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no shows mean lost time I can't get back. If you ghost your appointment, the full services fee will be charged. If payment isn't received, we won't be booking you again in the future. Respecting each-others time is the vibe around here.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

I don't offer refunds, but your happiness matters. If something isn't quite right, let me know within 5 days of your appointment and I'll do my best to correct any mistakes.
